It all started with cheese sauce. We tried many kinds and not one matched our idea of that perfect sauce. So we thought, why not create that perfect cheese sauce! We started researching the sauce market, tasting and comparing. And we realized that even classic mayonnaise is not what we see it as. One mayonnaise was bitter, another was too liquid, another was too sour. So we set to work, creating the perfect blend of natural ingredients that would deliver maximum flavor and texture.

The first product was Provence 67% mayonnaise, which turned out to be quite thick, with a perfect balance of eggs, oil and acid, providing a moderately sweet, creamy and fatty taste, with a spicy hint of mustard and a pleasant yellowish-beige color, just like we are used to seeing homemade mayonnaise. We have created a classic, proper mayonnaise that fulfills its main mission: to improve the taste and texture and add flavor!

This is how the MAYO land brand and the Mayoland LLC company were born – as a territory where those special sauces are created that add spice to dishes, reveal and emphasize the taste.

The production facility has implemented a safety system such as HACCP and the ISO 9001 quality management system. All products meet HALAL requirements.
